The peer-to-peer file sharing giant BitTorrent has recently announced that DLive joins the ecosystem as a blockchain-based live streaming platform that wants to make the content sharing via blockchain mainstream.

As reported on December 30, BitTorrent will benefit from DLive bringing peer-to-peer content sharing and live streaming capabilities to the 100 million monthly active users. The CEO of BitTorrent Justin Sun told the media that following YouTube’s crypto content ban, decentralized content platforms are the future.
