Rapper Meek Mill tweeted to encourage his fans to get in on cryptocurrency which is not the first time that he has done it since we reported once in our cryptocurrency news before.
It seems that rap artists really love crypto since Megan Thee Stallion and Murda Beatz have also done crypto promotions in recent weeks. In a new tweet, rapper Meek Mill encouraged his 10 million followers to get on board with crypto and posted:
I need everybody that rock wit me to learn about stocks and crypto currency!!!!!! ASAP!!!!!!

Meek who’s real name is Rober Rihmeek Williams then continued:
“I don’t know how much money I got… I just know I’m getting it and I’m not going to stop getting it!”
I need everybody that rock wit me to learn about stocks and crypto currency!!!!!! ASAP!!!!!!

When he is not promoting crypto, Meek is a popular artist who has plenty of hits, with some of them being “Dreams and Nightmares” from his 2012 album with the same name, “Levels” released in 2013, “RICO” with Drake and “Going Bad” also with Drake. Meek’s freestyle was featured on multiple mixtapes from the producer Knxwledge. Back in 2019, Meek ended his 12-year long battle about a gun charge as the criminal justice reform advocates suggested that the rapper was treated unfairly. Meek later wrote an op-ed about his experience in prison.
There was no more context provided for these tweets but Meek tweeted about crypto before. Last month he asked Mike Novogratz to spread some of his knowledge on the Clubhouse, the social audio chat app and he even called him a “big crypto stepper.” He wrote:
“Can we get you in a clubhouse to teach a class about crypto on #culturecurrency you a big crypto stepper let me know we need ya? I be tryna teach people in my hood but they need to hear it from somebody that really did it. Pleaseeee! Lol https://t.co/bvb9rRIt0s

Megan Thee Stallion did a BTC promotion back in 2020, Lil Pump also considers launching his own cryptocurrency. Other rap artists that like to get involved in crypto include, Nipsey Hussle, Lil B, Lil Yachty, 50 Cent, and Nas.
