The Filecoin foundation for the Decentralized Web announced a new initiative with the help of Harvard Univerisity’s Library Innovation dubbed Democratizing Open Knowledge program and with its support, LIL plans to explore decentralzied technologies with can preserve digital information.

The Filecoin Foundation revealed that it will work with Harvard University and its Library Innovation Lab to preserve digital information via decentralized technologies. They will contribute to the Democratizing Open Knowledge program that aims to help libraries share knowledge via technology.
