Conspiracy theorist Alex Jones, a well-known podcaster as well, talked in the Flagrant 2 podcast saying that he lost his laptop with 10,000 BTC in it so let’s read more in our latest bitcoin news today.
The controversial figure who was seen as the main American conspiracy theorist Alex Jones, claims that he had a laptop that he lost with 10,000 BTC in it. After this week’s price shifts, the amount that he lost would have been $560 million today. Speaking on the Flagrant 2 podcast, Jones asked “do you want the secrets?” In answering the calls he responded, “Bitcoin is totally controlled” and continued by talking about RT host Max Keiser saying that it was him who gave him the laptop with the BTC:
“I’m at Bilderberg, north of London, wherever that town was ten years ago, and Max Keiser comes up to me and said I have 10,000 Bitcoins for you. This is the future, it’ll be the new global currency…”
Other than saying that he lost the laptop, he didn’t give any more details in the events surrounding the loss of it:
“It’s total globalist insiders stuff. I’m not saying don’t be involved, obviously, it’s now been adopted..”
The whole ordeal happened when Jones said he believed aliens invented and run the BTC network so by going further, he claimed that we as humans were also made by aliens. Once the Bilderberg meeting happened in Watford, North London in 2013, Jones was documented there with more records showing that Keiser was not actually present in Watford at that time. There’s no verifiable evidence that a laptop contained 10,000 BTC and was handed to Jones by Keiser because there’s also no detail on how the laptop was lost in the first place.
A few years ago, some researchers claimed that the National Security Agency created BTC and their evidence came by linking Bitcoin’s SHA-256 secure hashing algorithm to the alphabet agency while the SHA-2 cryptographic hash functions were designed by the NSA and published in 2001. This is still tenuous as it is a common practice for crypto projects to use these technologies because Cardano’s Plutus was created by Haskell.
Haskel 1.0 was invented in 187 by Philip Wadler and Stephen Blott that have no ties to Cardano now but CEO Charles Hoskinson said that Haskell met his programming language with the advantage that it is a resilient code that is resistant to bugs and exploits.
