There was a break above the ascending channel with the resistance of $120 on the 4-hour chart of the pair with more chances of an upside movement above $130 and $140 levels in the near-term. Over the past few days, Ethereum, Ripple, and Bitcoin remained in a strong uptrend with BNB prices breaking plenty of hurdles near the $80 and the $100 level.
The price settled above the $100 level and the 100 simple moving average with the recent increase gaining pace after the breaking of the declining channel with resistance close to the $70 on the 4-hour chart of the BNB/USDT pair. The pair broke the $120 level and traded to a new all-time high of $125 with a break above the ascending channel with the resistance near the $120 on the same chart with the price showing a lot of positive signs that will continue higher above $130. More gains could open the doors for a steady rise at $148 and $150 resistance levels in the near-term.
If BNB fails to surpass the $130 level and the $132 level and could start a downside correction with the initial support is near the $120 level and it could close to the 23.6% fib retracement level from the upward move at the $104 swing low to $126 high. The first major support is set at the 5 level and it is close to the 50% fib retracement level from the upward move at the 4 swing low to 6 high.
